通過(guò)對(duì)運(yùn)行程達(dá)到四級(jí)修程的車(chē)窗硅烷改性聚氨酯密封膠層進(jìn)行老化分析，確定硅烷改性聚氨酯密封膠膠層老化降解要發(fā)生在外表層1m以內(nèi)的深度范內(nèi)，內(nèi)部老化降解跡象不明顯因此，在返修時(shí)，只需要去除最外層約3 nnn深度范圍的硅烷改性聚氨酯密封膠進(jìn)行修復(fù)，即可達(dá)到力學(xué)性能要求，具體方法如下:
(1)硅烷改性聚氨酯密封膠的拆除
采用鏟刀或者美工刀沿出現(xiàn)異常情況的硅烷改性聚氨酯密封膠部位的兩邊基材邊緣呈V字型向中間切割，直至露出內(nèi)部新鮮硅烷改性聚氨酯密封膠膠層，并修整平滑。
(2)表面處理
用無(wú)紡布蘸取活化劑沿一個(gè)方向清潔新鮮的硅烷改性聚氨酯密封膠表面，晾置10 min2 h不等。
(3)硅烷改性聚氨酯密封膠施工
根據(jù)接縫寬度切割膠嘴，切割角度約朽;采用膠帶沿槽縫周lvI進(jìn)行防護(hù);掃一膠時(shí)，盡星將膠嘴伸到縫隙底部，直接接觸基材，并保持合適的打膠速度，打連續(xù)足夠的硅烷改性聚氨酯密封膠條，避免膠條有空腔;采月料或橡膠刮片將硅烷改性聚氨酯密封膠仄實(shí)刮平;采用平汾劑修整膠而，保持最仕外觀;精修后，膠帶和基材保持約45。撕去膠帶方案驗(yàn)證按照L述修復(fù)方案進(jìn)行處理后，井在其上打一條長(zhǎng)約150 rnm，寬約10 rnrn ,厚約5 rnm的車(chē)窗密膠在標(biāo)了;狀態(tài)下固化7d，按照f(shuō)Ws1618標(biāo)準(zhǔn)進(jìn)行檢測(cè)，檢測(cè)結(jié)果為>95%的硅烷改性聚氨酯密封膠內(nèi)聚破壞(界面粘接強(qiáng)度>膠內(nèi)聚強(qiáng)度)，方案可行。
采用掃描電鏡、紅外光潛儀和電子力一能試驗(yàn)機(jī)對(duì)待修復(fù)硅烷改性聚氨酯密封膠膠層進(jìn)行老化性能檢測(cè)的技術(shù)方法切實(shí)可行，老化原囚分析合理制定的返修方案在確保粘接質(zhì)量的前提下，提高了車(chē)輛件后維修效率，(方法可推廣至其他類似結(jié)構(gòu)的檢測(cè)維修技術(shù)中。http://www.www.nxqes.com/
