膠條的舊表征與分析分別對(duì)膠條的外露面、內(nèi)表而進(jìn)行表并與MS密封膠本體進(jìn)行對(duì)比,結(jié)果如圖所示圖3膠條的外露面、內(nèi)表面及本體的FT-IR曲線由圖3可知:膠條內(nèi)表面的曲線與MS密封膠本體的曲線基本保持一致,老化降解不明顯;在外露面曲線中,3337.7cm處為N-H的伸縮振動(dòng)寬峰,2972.8--2872.8cm處的(:-H伸縮振動(dòng)強(qiáng)峰消失,1735.2cm處為C=)的伸縮振動(dòng)窄峰,1221.9cm處為C-C的伸縮振動(dòng)窄強(qiáng)峰,1103.8cm處C的伸縮振動(dòng)窄強(qiáng)峰明顯減弱_、綜L幾所述,1UMS密封膠在輻照、濕氣、溫度和化學(xué)介質(zhì)等外界環(huán)境的共同作用下發(fā)生了化學(xué)降解,降解產(chǎn)物為梭酸鹽、醇、月安、二氧化碳等n-Hi中部膠層的力學(xué)性能測(cè)試與分析將試片與MS密封膠原始數(shù)值進(jìn)行對(duì)比,結(jié)果如圖所示。由lxI4可知:中部膠層的拉伸強(qiáng)度平均仇為5.75M1a,相比原始數(shù)值減小了4.20斷裂伸長率平均值為353%.相比原始數(shù)值減小21.5%這是由聚合物分子鏈段構(gòu)象變化引起的,而非化學(xué)鍵斷裂造成的。車輛在行駛的過程中,除經(jīng)過隧進(jìn)或會(huì)車時(shí)車窗玻璃受到法向方向的沖擊力,引起MS密封膠受到外力作外;由于MS密封膠兩側(cè)基材(玻璃與鋁合金)熱膨脹系數(shù)不同,運(yùn)行環(huán)境溫度與施T溫度發(fā)生變化,MS密封膠就會(huì)受到外力作用,使得MS密封膠分子鏈段構(gòu)象發(fā)生變化,引起MS密封膠力學(xué)性能的變化,并且溫度變化對(duì)MS密封膠分子鏈段構(gòu)象變化的影響是長期的綜上所述,經(jīng)過一段時(shí)間的運(yùn)行使后,MS密封膠的強(qiáng)度降低,韌性下降。http://www.www.nxqes.com/
